June Case talked to IIO, Case still pending

JH it is strange
Some cases are just lagging behind for no reason. I know one guy who has RD May 1 waiting endlessly. He did not change jobs, residence. Most of the times it is something to do with their computer. Some flags are not set properly and unless they see on screen they wont even know that case is pending.

If this is a computer problem, is there anything I can do to push it through? I don\'t want to be stuck forever. This is frustrating. It\'s useless to call IIO. Actually I have already talked to them several times. All I got was some standard excuses every time. Today I was told to wait another 60-90 days. I don\'t know what to do now.
