My name check is still pending.

How can you tell that your name check is pending looking at your
status on USCIS's website ? Or there is other source through which
you found out ? Can you share it with us ?

I am just trying to hold onto something here! 140 status is missing from phone (RD 06/22 EB2) Does the missing status mean anything? 485 status is accessible (received FP ...)

Does the JIT date move mean that all folks with receipt date before June 30 get approval withing 10-15 days?

This is bizarre ! The dates moved from June 07 to June 30 and we are yet to hear about a single June approval !!

Last week, I got 3 emails saying ead is approved for my wife.
But the EAD was approved and received a months agao. Strange!

Today we received a letter from usbcis saying we requested for address change
and they sent a form to fill up and send. This was again for my wife's application. We did not change our address and we never contacted usbcis about address change.

howlong we should wait past JIT to initiate enquiry? One moth after JIT passed?

Hi...

How long does it take usually for any action on the petitions once the dates have crossed past the posted dates? For instance, my I-140/I-485 dates are with RD of June 25, 2004....the current CSC dates are June 30, 2004

My case's RD is 6/23/04. I140 was approved on 2/16/05. No update on I485, I485's LUD was 12/14/04. My case is EB3 pure concurrent.
