Hi,
My details EB2 - I-140/I-482 concurrent. CSC
RD: 6/10
ND: 6/14

EAD/AP approved in August. FP done in July.

Been waiting since. Based on the discussions and feedback on this forum, I sent an email in mid-December to the FBI to confirm whether my name check was still pending. I have not received a reply yet.

This is so frustrating. The anxiety is simply unbearable.

Anyone else in May-June (EB2-concurrent) whose apps have not yet been approved?

Here are my details.
EB3- RIR, NSC, concurrent filing
485, 140, AP, EAD - RD - 11 Jun 2004.
EAD, AP approved.
I-140 waiting for approval and Finger print given on the last week of Nov, 2004.

No change in LUD after finger print
 
Same situation here

RD for 140 and 485 06/30

EAD and AP approved

No word on 140 and 485 . Understand your frustration but what else can we do???

Your dates match exactly as mine.
Didn't any update online execpt that mass LUD change on 10/27/2004.
Guys, do I have to send an inquiry to FBI about my name check?

FP done in July
LUD on 10/27/2004 ( looks like a mass 485 LUD change)
and waiting!!!!!!

Hi,

Here are my details:

All filings were in California (CSC)

July 27, 2001 -> EB3 LC RIR filed
July 10, 2003 -> LC Approved

June 14, 2004 -> I-140, I-485 (both mine and my wife), EAD, AP filed
August 06, 2004 -> EAD, AP Approved
October

September 11, 2004 -> Notice from USCIS to do FP
October 11, 2004 -> Notice from USCIS indicating that FP has been cleared

January 06, 2005 -> I-140 Approved (received email from USCIS)
January 07, 2005 -> I-485 (both mine and my wife) Approved (received email from USCIS)

Hope this information helps others.

Can anyone kindly let me know what the next steps are?

I got RFE on wife's 485.
No status / LUD update on 140.
Details are:-
labor sub
PD - sometimes in 2001
140 / 485 ND June 27, 2004
LUD on 140 - 06/27/2004
LUD on my 485 - 10/27, 1/6
LUD on wife's 485 - 10/27, 1/6. 1/7(update with RFE), 1/10

Does this mean 140 is approved?
Can I still get RFE on 140?

What time of the day 1/7,/10 did you receive email approval letters?

LUDs for I480 has been changed from 10/27/04 to 1/7/05 to 1/10/05.

There is no news yet. Did they skip my case?

FP: 7/25/04
EAD/AP AD: 7/15/04

EAD/AP approved. FP received on 7/31
LUD On 10/27

No more updates yet. I sent an email to the FBI in mid-Dec, but have not received a reply so far.

I-140 waiting for approval and Finger print given on Nov 24, 2004.

No change in LUD after finger print, so I called FBI and was told that FP had been sent back to service center same day.
 
June filing

Hello Anyone hasve any change in LUD for 485 today?

My processing dates are
EB2

I140/485/ RD 06/30/2004
EAD/AP approved. FP Done
485 LUD On 10/27 and then today 01/12/2005

Anyone has any updates?
