June 2004 - concurrent filing

Hi June/2004 filers:

What is going on USCIS thesedays?

No approvals. What are their activities just accepting applications?

Any thought! Any approvals or LUD for June/2004 filers.

We should have at least I140 approved this time.

I don't think we can find out from the receipt notices.
My attorney sent me the entire paper work filed for i-140 and i-485.
EB3 is mentioned when in the i-140 application.

Thanks Greeny , both of our dates are same 06/30/2004 .

My LUD for 485 also 01/12/2005 . Do you think it is a mass update or something is going on?

Seems to be a good day today.
There were several approvals from CSC today. All filed in march/2004.
We are not too far away..

Hi Guys,

Looks like bunch of EB3 June cases are getting approved. Anyone here in EB2? I am not seeing any June EB2 approvals. Any ideads on what is going on?

There are few 1-140 approvals today.
Some good news is that one of them has priority date after Jan 2002 ( EB3).

That is a good news Greeny . Mine is EB2 and looks like EB2 dates have also moved to May 7th , this is awesome. Let us hope for the best.


Any EB2 cases approved lately which were filed in May and June . Please update guys. Any pending cases which were filed before May 7th?

Question about the dates

Does anyone know if they are really approving. I mean, are there cases where atleast March cases are approved. Because the dates are moving so fast and its hard to believe.
 
Looks like there have approved or sen an RFE on cases before May 2004. I know bunch of cases approved which were filed before May 2004 .

Any cases which were filed before May 2004 and not approved ,Please update and also any cases filed in May/June getting approved or change in LUD please update

Hello April , this is kinds weird as ther are processing May cases and yours not approved , DID you call INS and what did they say?
