Is there any recent I-485 activity for June 2003 filers ???
Approvals, transfers, RFEs, LUD changes ???

Especially EAC03185***** series

i am july 1 2003 recd. date. Am going for FP1 on thursday. Have seen some approvals around our time coming in recent days in these forums though.
 
LUD Change

June I-485

Lud Change twice on 09/15/2004 but the online status message remains same.
 
FP1 done and got FP2

Strange!
I did my FP1 on August 28, 2004 and few days later recd one more letter to got for FP2 and scheduled for Oct 12, 2004. I called 1-800 number and they don't know why I recd second FP but suggested to go again. Fingers crossed.

I-140 approved
I-485 - ND -06-30-03
EAD2: 08-19-04
 
Don't need to go for second FP2 if FP1 is done recently

Same thing happened with me. I received FP1 for 9/25. Just before that date I received a rescheduled FP1 for 10/22. I went for FP1 on 9/25. The lady told me not to come back on 10/22. My lawyer also confirmed that I don't need to go on 10/22

Check with your lawyer, also call FBI and make sure that the FP1 results are cleared and sent to USCIS.

My 485 ND is 6/11/03 (EAC03187***** series)

Just noticed LUD changed to 9/22/04

Online message remains the same.

Hi friends,

I did FP on 09/09/04 ( Scheduled no 09/01/04). LUD change on 09/16/04 saying FP Received. After that it changed on 09/28/04 and 09/29/04. no change on I-485 message.

Hi,
I did my FP more than a month ago but online message still says that a letter is sent for FP. Does anyone know how long does it take to update online message or should I call USCIC for an update.

The online message can change in around 6 days after doing FP but it doesn't always change.

Do you have any idea, how long should I wait before I call 1-800 USCIC number for FP details.

It can't hurt to call now if you want.

Alternatively, I think some people have contacted the FBI to see if the prints were actually sent to the USCIS -- I'm not sure what the best approach is to follow up on this. Also, don't forget about the name check -- there should be more info on all of this stuff elsewhere on these forums if you search for it.

No, these are 2 different things. The name check is usually done when the I-485 is filed. Search this forum for more info on name checks -- there's lot's of it.

Mine is June too, here are my details, How long it will take after LUD change to get?
