VSC to TSC transfer

Are you sure, you have no TSC connections ? i.e. At some point of timein Labor or 140 stage was it processed in TSC ?

It does sound wierd that the case be transferred to an underperforming center that too TSc which is the tardiest !!

Good luck, but my hope is, they probably give preference to transferred cases, so it might work in you favor.

Priority Date, Ahh, now the confusion

PD on FP notice says: 6/7/02

But, I thought the PD was supposed to be the original receipt date of the Labor Certification Application, which in my case is Dec 2000.
 
Called NSC

Today called NSC representative, he told me it is taking 20months now so i should expect somthing in Feb 2004.

ND : 06/18/2002.
FP : 07/24/2002.

Normally when do FP2 notice will be sent?

His wife is primary it is EB3 case. Both primary and derivative got approved on same day. They did FP in December 2002

Transferred october 2003 to hartford..
anyone know the wait time for an interview.....
 
This is unbelievable its not like I have just spent the past 16 months waiting in VSC for my 485 application.. and when the time comes Vermont is moving.. my case gets transferred !!!! to Hartford which I have been told by my lawyer is reallly back logged my querie now is does my RD for my 485 get erased and a new one starts for oct 2003 if so then this reallly sucks ............. because the wait in hartford is 365 days that will be taking me too nearly 3 1/2 years for the whole process ..............
SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE ITS CRIMINAL.........:mad:

I seem to have misplaced the file where we can go and look for statuses for a range of cases. Can you please attach it to this forum????
 
Somehow the script does not work

Somehow the script does not work for me. I enter the parameters and it goes to the INS website, closes that browser window and comes back to Excel and says scan complete. I don't see any results though ?? I tried various combinations for which results are available.
Can somebody help ?
I tried with both XL 2000 and 97 on Win XP. Have changed my macro security settings also to low, but to no avail.
 
did u save the file

and are attempting to scan again. you will need to NOT save the file ( you can save the master file but not the one with the scanned results). enable macros and then scan. it works on xl2000
