Got EAD in mail yesterday!

Hi all,

Got EAD in mail yesterday. Here are my details...
RD= May 30, 2002
ND= June 2, 2002
EAD= June 18, 2002
Waiting AP and FP notice...

The EAC# will be on the face of the check

The EAC# will be on the face of the check and from the back of the check you can get the RD and ND.
 
Checks Cashed on 06/10/02

My checks got cashed on 06/10 but I got the checks from bank which does not show any EAC numbers or also matter of fact no ND/RD...Only thing I can do is wait untill I get the orginal receipts from INS...

Does anyone got the receipts from INS?
 
Receipt date

Can somebody let me know how long does VSC take to receive the RD once the application is filed ?

My lawyer says he has mailed the AOS on June 12th and says he did not get the receipt date yet ?

Any help ?

Mine was mailed by attorney.

Receipt Date

Receipt date is the date that INS receives your file in their mailroom. The receipt date will be printed on your receipt notice which will be mailed to your lawyer if you filed through lawyer or to you if you filed on your own. Receipt date is important in order to count the 180 days for AC 21 rule.
