I got the receipt notice from my lawyer. I have not yet received the receipt notice
 
Waiting for Copy from Attorney

I think the notice will be sent to the attorney, although the final EAD will be sent to us directly.

The check for my wife was cashed on the 7th and I got her EAC# from it.

I still waiting for my attorney to pass on my EAC#, RD, ND.

Do receipt notices, EAD Approvals, FP notices, AP approvals, etc... get mailed to lawyer or do they send us a courtesy copy?

How has your experiences been....?

I received the copies of my wife\'s and my AOS/EAD/AP receipts today from our attorney.

I saw the receipt and also noticed that june 2nd is sunday but 100% sure my nd is june 2nd

What happens in this stage I finished up my paperwork and it should be in the mail ..
where does it go
and the EAD seems to be approved fast how long is it taking for the actual greencard to be approved???
what is the whole process for the 485??

Did your checks got cashed ? If so could you please let me know when ?

My lawyer says he has mailed my application on 06/12/02, just curious how long does it take to cash the checks by INS once the application is submitted.
