Thanks for the new Link. Today (11/16/2001 ) I heard my AVM saying my EAD is approved on 11/13th. Hope I get my card in about 10 days time. My wife\'s EAD is also approved.

And for both of us, the 485 message is updated just today (11/16) and it now says the "INS received our FP from FBI and its pending review ...". Friends can you enlighten me if my case is in System 1 or System 2 after this AVM message ? and just another guess on how long it will take from this stage for 485 approval ?

EAD Approved as per AVM on NOV 10

Both our EADs got approved on Nov 10, as per AVM.
I think they started updating AVM.
My Details:
 wac-01-265-xxxxx
 AP on 9/20
 iEad on 10/29 (San jose)
 EAD 11/10 (AVM)
 Waiting for FP ( San jose) & AD ...

Got our EAD; Waiting for FP & AD

   Excellent job, keep up the good work!

   I received the EAD
1. appvd on 11/6/2001
2. mailed by INS 11/13/2001
3. today 11/17/2001 with WAC 01-264-xxxxx

   Also please correct my incorrect AP date - 10/24 entry for AP as actually it was 9/26 & I had made a mistake in reporting to you.

   Somehow yet to get the FP ;-(

EAD Approved as per AVM on 11/16/01

EAD approved for both me and my wife on 11/16/01 as per AVM. Just waiting to get the card. My FP is also scheduled for last week of this month.
 
When was the approval and mailed Date?

I am still waiting to recv, mine was approved on Nov\'5th.

MD : 6/15/2001
ND : 8/20/2001

EAD approval date is 11/11. AVM updated on 11/19

Waiting for FP notice.
 
EAD approved for me, not to my wife

My EAD was approved on 11/6 as per AVM. Received the card 11/19. For my wife, I got an RFE asking for the marriage certificate. Sent the docs back to them. Awaiting now. Any ideas, how long this kind of cases take.
