Processing resumed after FP

Jan 19th - Processing resumed after AP - As per AVM
This was a directly changed message. I never heard "...Pending review" message on my case, though I heard it for my wife on Jan15th, "Resumed" message on Jan 17th to her.

Noone on earth or heaven can tell u about INS approvals :)

Yes - if all goes well - u may get approval by Feb 2002
but if u get rfe - then April 2002
and if u get interview - then June or July 2002

Dont check AVM daily - that only adds to tension
check it once a week after 9 pm

It does not matter if u get avm news after 4 -5 days of change in avm

watch good tv shows (comedy) and enjoy life also

You have passed the 180 days border line and should count ur blessings

I am tracked by name Radhakrishnan M. My FP was scheduled for 01/29/2002 and I got it done on 01/24/2002 at San Jose center.

FP Notice recvd near oct end.

Got interim EAD Card on 10/11/01 (valid for 3 mos). Haven\'t renewed it.

Not yet recvd the EAD, it was returned back to the INS. Though I changed my address, talking to the immigration officer, but haven\'t yet recvd it.

Processing resumed 1/17

On 1/15 AVM changed to FP received and are being reviewed and then
to processing resumed on 1/17.

BTW my priority date is missing on PCees tracker its 11/97. INS forgot
to mail my I-140 approval and would not answer queries on I-140 status
because my priority date was not current . Once it became current,
they said, hmm this application was approved a long time ago, but we
forgot to generate an approval notice for it.

485 got RFE after the finger print done and process resumed

Hi,

I got the RFE(W-2 and pay stubs) after the finger print is done. Before I received that RFE, the AVM said that the finger print result was received and the process is resumed on my case. Now the AVM says that the RFE is sent for my lawyer.

Have you seen this before and what does it means? How long will it delay the process?

Thanks advance for your thoughts on this.

Did you send W2 and pay-stub when you filed application?

We should find out what factors trigger RFE. Please provide the info. Thanks.
