Jun 06 V Bulletin pending, July 07 Bulletin All Current, can I apply in June?

I am lil confused with the dates. When last month's Visa Bulletin was released, my PD was behinh by 11 months (my EB3 PD = May 2004). Now everything is current in July Bulletin. Today is June 15th. Can I apply in June or do I have to wait till July 1st just because May 2004 became current for July Bulletin? Because, as I read on this forum, I-485 are on first come first basis. Would appreciate your response. Thanks in advance.

yes.you can apply this month.Mine's PD is Nov 2004.

If your priority date does not become current until July, then you absolutely CANNOT apply before July 1st. Your I-485 will be rejected if your date is not current.
