No FP yet... Talked to many IIOs. Says that an FP is ordered for me & my husband around 1year back, but not yet scheduled. They added us to some reports!!! 2 months passed since then, but no FP yet.

Hi,
My RD is 07/16/2001 and i still havn't received FP notice yet. My lawyer manually asked INS for to send out a FP notice on 12/26/02 and still i havn't received the FP notice yet, any idvice for me ? is there any one else in the same boat ?
should i start a hunger strike infront of INS office .. just kidding, some one suggested to contact the local senator, is there any procedure for that, can any one help me in that regard ?

No FP till now. Last week I have spoken with IIO regarding change of address and FP. She was very nice and corrected my & my wife addresses in all of my applications. She orderded for my FP. I may get my FP in next month.Again I will talk after couple of weeks.Pray the God. miracles are going to happen.
