pilot program eligibility

From my understanding, All EB2 candidates after april 30, 04 are eligible for CSC pilot program. Is this correct?
If that is the case then can people(EB2 from CSC) who filed (140/485) after Apr 30 provide some details.
It would be great to know almost all (>90%) EB2 cases going through pilot program.

FP Notice?

Hi Tonysor,
Looks like we both have the exact same filing and notice dates. Did you get the FP notice at your address or the attorney? I am hoping I should be getting one soon too and my attorneys are the slowest immigration attorneys around. I expect a 2-3 weeks lead time if they receive anything even in informing me.

What is RD and ND

Guys I am new to this, What is RD and ND? Online case status mentions Your application was received on July 30 - Is July 30 the Receive date or Notice date?

Receipt Date and Notice Date

I think the receipt date is the date the documents are received at the centre and Notice date is the date on which the receipt is issued from the office.

Strange as it may sound but my receipt date is 20th July and notice date 26th July and online status says the documents where received on 23rd July. So I am assuming that they updated on the system on 23rd and the actual paper notice was printed on 26th.

Just my 2 cents.

My I-140 and I-485 was filed about 2 weeks back in Vermont Service Centre. My employer says that he has not yet received INS Receipt Notice for both the filings.I am not sure whether to believe what they say or not ?

Please advise. How much time normally it takes to get a filing receipt notice from INS for I-140 and I-485

It is taking 2+ weeks for cases filed in CA. My friend received got his papers this week. The case was received in CA office on 16th July.

FP Appt Recd

Got my and spouse's fingerprinting appt yesterday in mail for San jose center on Aug 18.
Tried early fp today morning but the guy would not let us in - said he had 'Clear instructions' to only allow people with appointments for today.

Thanks srk77 for letting me know. My case has passed 14 days and i am still waiting to get the receipt notice.

Hi All

Has anybody filed I-140 and I-485 from Vermont Centre in the month of July 04 and received the filing "Receipt Notice" ?

PLs let me know. And this information will be very helpful as i am still waiting for my Filing Receipt Notice since 2+ weeks. And i don't know how much more i have to wait just to know that my case has been filed.
