Did FP on 09/18. LUD changed on 09/23 to FP received and processing resumed...no changes since.

Do you work for a McLean/Tysons based consulting co? Send me a PM if you do... :D

Yes, I work for a company based in Mclean/Tysons.

My LUD changed today too. In this month it has changed 4 times till date. I am not sure what is going on.

LUD change 10/6,10/7,10/15,10/18. but the message remains the same.

Some Good News

I want to let you all know about one of my friend who did FP1 on 21 Sept. has been approved. ND 15 July 2003. We did FP1 at the same center and are just 2 hours apart in FP :rolleyes:

Just got the email with magic words and it feels really great.
ND: 07/08/03
140 AD: 04/09/04
1st. FP - 08/21/04
LUD Change on 08/25, 08/30, 10/06 and 10/19.
485 AD: 10/19

I applied for my EAD about 2 weeks back and got the reciept yesterday with ND of 10/13. May be this is what triggered it.
Can't wait for the actual notice in hand.
Will keep you all posted as I get the notice, stamping and card.
Good luck to all and thanks a lot for being a great support through out.

Can you let me know your priority date 0f LC.

mine I140/I485 ND is 07/09/2003. Just one day after yours. hope my AD for I485 is close.

Hope mine is on the way too. I have exact dates as u have.
BTW, I went to Mathura Road until 90 and then to Ghaziabad from 91-93.
Which one did u go to?

FP1 Done: 09/09/04
485 AD: ????
LUD: 09/16.
Message is the same as yours:
"results of your fingerprint review for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were received, and processing has resumed on your case. We will mail you a notice if further action is needed, or when a decision is made."

Consolidated 2003 Tracker!!!

Guys,

Please read the announcement that is made by the Admin. There is a consolidated 2003 tracker for tracking the cases, please use that. A lot of time and effort has gone in to create and maintain them. Having all the info in one place in the excel gives us a alot of benefits with analysis etc. Most monthly trackers will be either closed or deleted. Here's a link to the consolidated tracker thread:
