Congratulations to the one whose July 2003 case has been approved. Mine is as follows at VSC:

I140/I485 CONCURRENT FILING: AUGUST 22,2003
I140 APPROVAL: JUNE 3, 2004
FIRST FP: SEP 14, 2004.

Bhagwan Karey, my case will also be one of those lucky ones...Arrey Bhagwan Karey, ALL OF OUR cases get approved soon !!!!!

I don't have exact dates with me. My attorney filed and I didn't have much knowledge about the dates and receipt numbers until recently I visited this forum. I know that my attorney filed / mailed sometime in the end of the July 2003. So here are the details I am aware of:

I140/I485 filed around 7/20/03
EAD received -11/14/03
I140 approved 4/2/04
FP -9/10/04 Completed -9/15/04
EAD renewal, AP filed 9/10/04
EAD renewal, AP approved 9/23/04
I485 approved 9/28/04

Today only I received my first FP notice. Scheduled on 10/28.

The approvals are faster and if it happens like approval for you (gc229) i.e. just in 2 wks after FP, great time awaits for me too right around corner....

knpguy2004, I would like to see when does your approval come in... would you please keep us posted?

LUD Changed....again!!

This is the third time LUD changed after FP1! Latest one is 10/07....message remains same....

BittenByGCBug.....I will post any new activity on my part....please post your details.
 
LUD Changes

LUD Changed on 10/08/04 and again on 10/11/04.
I loosing patience now. I think I may decide to go back if I dont get an approval by Mid Nov 04.
 
Can I do FP at different location?

Hi All,

The story is : My first address on INS record was NJ. Then I moved to FL and filed AR11 and made address changes on INS record. I have received FP notice where in location is Jacksonville, FL. But Now I have to move back to NJ. My scheduled FP date is 10/28.

Can I do FP at Newark by just walk in? And then update my address on INS record? Or should I fly to FL and do FP and then update my address on INS record? I donot want to mess up and delay the process..

Let me know what is best...
