I need re-assurance or truth :-)

I read online that these filers are not being processed. I found out that mine had been kicked out of the queue for no reason. I can't get them to process my file. They told me that all FBI clearance and name check was completed over yr ago.

Is it true that they are having issues for processing July 2 to July 17, 2007 applications? Anyone with a receipt date for that period? Are you still waiting?

Not just Phoenix, all over.

I don't want to believe it. But when I inquire about my application I get different answers. Gives me a feeling as they don't know where my is.

Am I just trying to find reasons or make sense why they can't answer me on my application?

That simply isn't true since there are several posters with PD dates that fall in that range who have had there oath already.

They are giving me different information everytime I contact them. I will keep setting up 1 InfoPass per Month.

Shoudl I just cancel everything and send a new application?

Did they give you a reason why it's been placed in "no process pile"eventhough your name checks have long cleared? Considering that your application is outside normal processing times, get the USCIS Ombudsman involved. There's no need to abandon your application and refile. Get to the bottom of why they are holding up your application first.
