Job Offer for TN Management Consultant

If you're a Canadian citizen without a bachelor's degree but has five years of experience as a full-time in-house Social Media Coordinator for a global company, and was recently offered a consulting contract by a company in the US, can you still apply for the TN Management Consultant based on relevant work experience?

I think that's the other thing, when I spoke to the Lawyers, they kept telling me the five years of experience HAD to be as a "Consultant" specifically, and if it wasn't a consultant for those five years then I would get rejected.

Usually the 5 years can be in the field you are applying in. The 5 years specifically as a consultant is a very narrow interpretation by the lawyers. If that is really the case then I’m sure they told you that there is nothing that can be done and turned away your business, right?
