I will be applying for Lobour for my GC. The Advertisement showed 4 years exp with bachelors degree. With different expertise in s/w or applications.
My question:
Does my resume have to show 4 years experience in each s/w or application to backup the advertisement. Or it is 4 years experience in IT feild, which comes different s/w and applications ?.(Like 1year exp in Websphere, 2 year exp in java etc)

4 years after B.S. seems a likely requirement. What is the title? Don\'t you know the requirements vary based on the title/responsibilities ?

Hi There,

Your question of 4 yrs with B.S. eould be total of 4 years exp in your field line of work ( same or similiar). If you can show a progessive exp that is a bonus. like you were having working exp on 1 software then on two & so on. Also you can show progessive exp in your designation. I guess the 2nd option is the easiest.

Would need to see the LC

You must need all of the requirements on the LC. I\'d need to see the LC before I could comment on what thos requirements are since it appears they are not clearly stated. Of course, if the requirements are unclear, INS will interpret them for you.
