Jim & Gurus Help me!
I am receiving salary from my employer.
I have EAD and I incorporated my own company. I am president of this new company. I got some consulting work to my own Company,which I am doing on weekends and evenings. I am planning to take salary from my own company.
I talked to my accountant and attorney they said, I can do that.
Please help me is there any problem from INS, IRS or SSA, if I take salary from my own company before getting my GC.

On EAD you can get salary from whoever you like... But

After approval, you need to have a job similar to the one described in your LC/I140.
