Guys,
Here are details about my EAD renewal. I have no valid H1 at this time.

NSC
RD : 03/26
ND : 03/28
Old Ead expires : 06/12.

No news yet. On randomly checking LIN numbers, I find that many cases filed after mine are approved and also that cases filed before mine are still pending.

What are my options here?


1) Is going to Local office even before 90 Days (Cle, OH) a good idea?
2) Is there a way I could make NSC get to my app soon... like calling the IIO etc?
3) Is it worth while to give the online filing a shot, since its a renewal and the I-140 was approved long back?

Please advice.

1. There is no harm in trying. Some have even taken a letter from employer stating without authorization applicant will lose the job.
2. Dunno any short cuts
3. Online renewal of EAD? how is it relevant in your case? Dont expect approvals to shoot up just because online applications are accepted by BCIS.

I spoke to the IIO today and he said that the case was assigned.. so I am a little hopeful.. but if I dont hear a thing by wednesday next week.. I am planning to goto the Local Office.
