Is there any risk that If I am travelling with H1B valid with same employes and wife travelling with AP. Because I did not apply for AP but right now I want to go India. I went to Local INS they said their is no emergency so we can not give it you today but they accept my application. They told me that next week you will receive a call from INS but still today I did not. So I am planning to go tomorrow to check my application. Actually I do not know if they reject or they delay should I go with valid H1 or Should I wait till my AP approved.
