What happens if we leave the country while 485 in process ???
Will INS stop processing the case till we are here ? if yes, how can they find out ?
Does it slow down our 485 process ???

I need to go to India but will be back in 3 weeks. Is it advise to travel ?
MY RD is 09/10/01 and ND is 10/10/01....

Experts please help!!!!

You need to have a valid H1/L1 or an Advance Parole to travel while 485 is in process (EOM)
