January case Approved!!!

Hi Folks,
My case has been approved according to the AVM. Details are as follows...
PD - 04/08/2000
FP - 05/05/2001
RD - 01/04/2001
ND - 01/12/2001
Approved - 10/09/2001

My I140 was approved for AOS.

Congrat! Mine is also EAC01085xxxxx but my ND is 01/23.
Anyway, 2 Qs for you.
1.Did u come to know this morning ?
2.Did ever AVM got changed from \'case not found\' to \'received on ...blah, blah

The AVM always said "case not found" till even before the day it got approved. I called yesterday (Oct 9th) evening and the AVM had been updated to say that my case was approved. So i guess all those whose AVM message says "case not found". Hang in there. It\'s ok.

I never got an actual receipt notice from the INS. This ND date was given to me by the IIO when i called a few months back.
 
please give more information . how come you got RD 01/04/01

could you please give explanation. My Pd 02/15/01 and I-140 approved in Sep and waited till 01/15/01 to become current. i am in eb-2. how come you got Rd 01/04/01. are you in eb1.

Hey guys! His RD looks like somewhere around 23/24 Jan. He mentioned that he got RD from HR and never got 85 Notice.
