I am EB2, India. I aplogize for the slip, but the PD is 04/99 and not 2000. As for the RD and ND. I can only go by what was relayed to me. I have no documentation. I have called IIO only once when i did not get my receipt notice. They told me it\'s ok. But the application was there. Before that i have never kept track of dates and just waited for approvals. I have posted this AOS approval information in case it helps someone else track theirs... Hopefully it will help.
