My case being under F3B category, got an RFE on my wife's application requesting evidence for the basis of her I-485 application even though I had included copy of my approved I-130.
RFE response reached USCIS on 2/18.
BTW FP was done on 2/5 but so not see any LUD change from the time original application was received i.e. 1/13/2009 Is this the case with anyone else?

Updated signature. Rec'd emails regarding EAD card, actually got 2 updates on different dates.

Physical EAD

Here is my time line. I sent my I(131/485/765) along with the medical and tax documents on Jan 23rd,09 to Chicago Lock Box. It reached there on Jan 25th, 09. Notice date was February 2nd, 09 generated from NBC with MSC receipt number. February 25th,09 had my biometrics done. I was unable to see all my case status till yesterday, March 26th,09. Yesterday I checked and found they ordered production for my EAD card (Just a note, I still can't see the status on the other two cases however the status on 765 changed as of yesterday). How long tentatively does it take to get the EAD card physically in hand? I know it differs so just a ball park figure. Could I start working with the approval notice or do I need to wait for the physical EAD? Thanks in advance.

I filed for I-485 on the 15th of January, 2009. Received EAD on April 3rd.
However, there is something that is worrying me a lot - RFE for medical (due May 1). There it is said that I have a class B condition (I did the exam overseas in January, 2008), which was a shock to me. I didn't have the slightest idea what that meant... Tried to contact the doctor who performed the med, and he told me that I had to do the follow-up (fast pulse and benign heart murmur) here.I had never been aware of that.
Briefly, since we don't have a copy of the original exam, I don't know what to do: to go get a brand new medical or to go to a specialist and after that to a civil surgeon? It's so mysterious...

Hey haraputa my case went well, even though no decision was made at the day of the interview on 31th of march. For our surprise we got a welcome letter on the 6th of april I was so happy GC could arrive anytime I still waiting for it.
