Thanks gravitation. Well i won't The only way to have a career growth is by invoking AC21 and changing jobs. I don't expect GC until 2010 atleast.

You can use AC21 as many times as you like. The job description doesn't have to be too close. If you're in IT, remain in IT, don't start working in a bakery shop and you'll be fine.

Now a days most Indian nationals tend to go invest in their own country than try to stay in America.

No they don't, if they have a choice that is.

It seems like we need to find our strength and say once in for all enough is enough and leave this country

I guess Im one of the lucky ones who was positively affected by the Jan bulletin...
Ill be calling in Jan to see if Im stuck in NC or not...
