My rd is 01/03 and i have also not got my fp as we are from san jose.
the people who have got their fp along with our time frame is the ones not in san jose.

and another point to be noted is that the fp is not related to the progress of the gc as there is an automated system at ins which sees the load on the service center and accordingly mails out the fp notices.
SJ being heavily loaded we shudnt expect fp notice till atleast mid apr.
 
AP Approved on March 1st

Hi All,
Some Progress...
Just now found over the Automated System, that my Wife\'s AP was approved on March 1st. We haven\'t received the approval.
But not mine and my son\'s.
So, I have a question:
a) My wife is planning to go for a visit to India along with my son. So, as soon as she receives her approval notice, can she travel with my son?
I am hoping that our son will get his AP approval before they leave.
If not, can I mail his approval to India?.

FP, SFO Center.

I went for early finger printing at SFO, they refused to do it.
Asked me, to do it on scheduled date.
Can I go to San Jose for the same?
Will it affect my processing in any way.

Yes you can go to San Jose. Couple of my friends did their FP before scheduled date.
But, I think it doesnot make much difference in the overall processing.
So, go ahead and do it. One burden gets over.

Please guide me

I received My Receipts. When I checked the AVM all the cases are found except my child AP case. I did my Finger prints but the message is not saying any thing. Do I need to worry?
 
Can you please tell me your RD/, ND and location?

Since I haven\'t yet got my AP, my ND is 01/02/02

My dates are:

EB3-RIR/India
MD: 01/29/02
RD: 02/12/02
ND: 02/21/02
for all I-485/EAD/AP same date
WAC: WAC-02-116-*****
 
My MD was also 01/29/2002. Yet to get the receipt

what\'s happening in CSC ?? I have not received the receipt till 10 days back. why is there so much delay ??
