When can I expect the I-140 approval?

Cannot apply I-1485 because of retrogression.

There is a very nice and well organized Excell spreadsheet in it which is being updated at least 2 times in a week. It can help everybody to understand where NSC approval queue is.

My I140 filed from Vermont and I have Receive I-140(EB3) receipt notice from BCIS on March 27'2006.

After I setup the automatic email alert, I got couple automatic email from USCIS

First one on April 24, 2006, we transferred your I140 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER to an office in TEXAS SERVICE CENTER for processing

Yesterday I got the second one saying

On May 9, 2006, your I140 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER was received here for processing. It is taking between 400 and 450 days for us to process this kind of case

Did anyone filed or have any updates close to my case? Thanks
