Applied On 10th Got Eac # This Morning..

My Lawyer Has Not Recieved The Copy Yet But I Looked At Cashed Check By Uscis & They Printed The Eac # On Back...
Let The Wait Begin....
 
My I - 140 was filed on January 19,2006 .

How many months/years do you guys think we sud be waiting for I-140 to get approved??
 
Anywhere between a few weeks to a year. Typically it takes approximately 6 months at VSC for a decision.
 
now..VSC processing who are applied on 30 SEP 2005. due to retro high volume of 140 application are filed last week of sep. There may be fast move after that.

OCT/NOV/DEC filer will get the in next two weeks.
by FEB ending VSC may start processing JAN filers.

Can you please tell where does this information came from? Though very encouraging (my i-140 was filed end Nov 05) it is different from posted on the USCIS web site...

It's my Analysis based on following thread in this forum
2005 Consolidated Tracker (140/EAD/AP/FP/485)


Please go there and check approvals for fast 20 days. Then you will get the idea what's going on.

i'm monitoring this thread, but obviously not as systematically as you do. :cool:
Do you have a split-down for EB2/EB3?
It seems that EB2 are slower for some reason...

Hi All,

Here is my signature. I filed under cross chargeability. :D

PD : Dec.05 (PERM)
Type : EB2
(140/EAD/AP/485 for me and wife) RD : 12/31/2005
(140/EAD/AP/485 for me and wife) ND : 01/05/2006

(for Me and wife)LUD1 : 01/27/2006

Yes, based on my analysis EB-3 is approved usually in a month or two. EB-2 takes slightly longer, perhaps 3 months. EB-1 takes between 4 to 6 months.
Anyways, the report on EB-1 may be misleading since there were only very few cases.

Perm labor trak

Hi

My employer filed labour on 2nd March 2006 (EB2) under PERM process . So when can I expect wether I can get or not ?? How can I trak the staus ??

Is there any pending 140's filed in Dec'05, Jan 06 in VSC?

we noticed some approvals ....RD 12/29/5. 1/19/6
