Received Card by mail on March 8th 2004

New EAD is valid for an year from the date of expiration of the current one

Got my EAD Approved from NSC (44 days)...

for me and my wife .. ( lin-04-080-*****) per online status our EAD applications were approved on 3/12/2004

RD - 1/28/2004
ND - 1/30/2004
AP - 3/12/2004 ( per Online system)


I was worried and I got the IEAD on 3/11/2004 from TSC ... see my post about my experience in getting IEAD...

doesnt the lawyer get the AP documents?? I got my EAD card but still waiting for the AP documents.. wondering .. if I should get them or the lawyer would??

I filed my 3rd EAD and AP applications myself and not through Attorney... i.e., without G28 form, therefore I got the approved documents myself...

based on my last two approvals (2nd and 3rd time), which I filed myself...
1. if you file EAD your self, then you do not get the approval notice, you directly get the cards in mail.

2. also if you file AP yourself then you directly get the AP documents, Also without courtesy copy of approval notice.
 
2nd EAD

My EAD is also Approved on 3/24 :) .......took almost 3 weeks after getting my spouse's approval.

Has anybody got the iEAD after/before 90 days inspite of getting some kinda RFE on the original EAD. Will they count 90 days from the last update or from the original RD/ND???? I got RFE after 60 days of original application.

Please respond if you have been thru or have any knowledge about this situation.
 
1st EAD approved. NSC EB3, Concurrent.
RD - 02/12/04. ND - 02/17/04. AD 03/24/04
My spouse's approved on 03/25/04.

Still not approved. Can any one let me know if there are any other cases which are from almost the same dates. I see approvals for feb too but my status reamins same.

Online status changed today (03/31/2004).
Note: Did not mail documents. Not advisable for others. Followed the instruction guide posted here and it served me well.
