I posted this on the I-485 site, but they are in their own ego, and no one answers.

Anyone knows what format should the vaccination letter be from the doctors in home country, as I know I have had MMR, Varcilla, TT but want to know what format the letter should be in

Is it eb2 or eb3? As I am guessing, it is taking different times for eb2 and eb3 categories. I don\'t know if it also depends on the employer.

My I-140 has been approved and INS send approval notice regarding this to my empl.
Lawyer told me to prepare for Marriage cerificate and Birth certificate.
I don\'t have birth certificate .Does anybody know what is the process to get affidavit of birth certificate.

affidavit should do

two people should certify that your birth date is such and such and get it notarized. Your lwayer should be able to give more info.
 
Date of birth

I had problem with DOB and my attorny has suggested as follows:
DOB can be got from India as an affidvit. This affidvit should be declared and signed by two elders(parents, uncles or aunts).
 
Are I-140\'s slowing down?

Anyone knows if I-140 processing has slowed down?
The AVM mesg has changed to \'150-240\' days instead of 80-100 days.

any idea how long for AD?
 
Major RFEs

Can anyone tell what are the major RFEs for in I-140- What I have heard are as follows:

1. W-2s
2. Company financial
3. Education not Bachelor\'s
4. Missing Masters degree copy

Anyone can shed a light on this one, if any other?

Maybe I am mistaken.
I thought that the first time I checked the AVM, it said 80-100 days. The receipt also says so.
The I140 section says: \'Mem of Professional w/Adv Deg or of Exceptional ability\'.
Since I do not know my category, any idea what this means?
