Jan 02 cases - Update

Even I did an enquery by calling the customer service number. They took all my info like A#, email, address, phone etc. Within 3-4 days my status changed to RFE issued. They also issued the 2FP(both for me and wife) on tha same day. but 2FP is not yet updated on the web site.

Sent Inquiry to Congressman today.....

asking for an inquiry on our cases specifically and asking him to protest about the unfair processing practices.

can you please share the letter you wrote to the congressman/woman. I am planning to contact them since my ND is 23rd JAN 2002 and rfe was received by BCIS on 28th April

Case touched. Message the same

My Case was touched today. The previous touch date was 5/4/2004. The online message did not change though!
Not sure if this means anything but maybe there is a pattern.

:) My lawyer received the approval letter form USCIS today. :cool:

Online mesaage is , 'On May 28, 2004, the results of your fingerprint review for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were received...

Approval notice says that AD is May 27, 2004.

I did an enquery by calling the customer service number on May first week.

RFE: May 12, 2004
RFE received : May 25, 2004
2FP received : May 28, 2004

AD: May 27, 2004 (both me and spouse)

Wish everybody get approval soon.

Another RFE! I have received email that an RFE has generated on 6/1/2004. I have already replied RFE for my birth-certi and tax+paychecks. :confused:
 
Last touched date

for My case (derivative) is now 6/2/04. Spouse (primary) still the same.

No update in the online status.

garth, did u get the 500 servelet exception or pointer null yet? I'm trying to check whether there is any connection between that and approval.

This is funny. My case and my wife's case seems are similar when we consider
the last update date. I am primary and my wife is secondary.

Sent Fax Inquiry 4/3
USCIS responded 4/25 saying that my app was not within JIT
My case last update date changed to 4/25
Both our cases were touched on 5/26
Then today out of blue my wife's case is touched. She is derivative. But
my case was not touched.

Looks like my app is with some officer too if you think your case is with
someone......No?
