Jan 02 cases - Update

REF mailed on 14th Apr WAC-02-088-5xxxx

REF mailed on 14th Apr WAC-02-088-5xxxx. I checked in the morning & it was saying Results of FP Received ........
In the evening checked on the 800 # & online. Both are updated with the following message. I received 2nd FP Notice dated Apr 14th & scheduled for 6/2/04 today.

1st FP 2/23/04
2nd FP Received: 4/19/04 for 6/2/04. Will be doing early FP.
got 3rd EAD & AP

ins homepage changed my # status.

The status on the USCIS web site changed after 2 years..

RFE sent on April 05
Information requested was:
-W2 for 2003
-Last 3 pay stubs
-EVL

2nd FP notice recieved
Information like WAC and A# is correct, except:

Service Center reads: " WSC" instead of "CSC"
Is this normal

What is WSC ? Can anyone here please help me understand what WSC stands for

Guys,

I just checked online status of my application and looks like they sent an RFE on 04/19. Understandably, I am excited :) My attorney is in East Coast. When I called her, she was already about to leave. But she told me that she got the letter today and will discuss it with me Monday.

I will let you know the details once I have them.

Got 2nd FP notice on 4/23/2004 and on the same day received e-mail from USCIS about RFE sent! Anybody has tried Oxnard ASC for going earlier than the appointment date?

RFE has been issued for my wife and daughters case. Nothing for me as yet.

Received RFE:
1-Employment letter to show I have full-time and permanent job
2-Last 3 years w2s.

Recieved second fp. Appointment was for mid May. Since we had moved to a different city, we just went to local office and had it done. There was no line, we did not have any problem.

Online status changed to "FP results received" in a couple of days.
 
fp appointment was scheduled on May 14th in santa barbara,CA.

we had moved to san diego, CA.

I was sure we could do it early. We had done our first fp two months before the fp appoinment. Going early should not be poblem if there is no line.

I was not sure if we could do it at a different location. The person asked us where we lived and said ok.

3rd FP Done : Oakland : April 15th, 2004 (Online status reflects that).
RFE Issued on March 23rd 2004

Still looking for a job in order to reply back to that RFE.

Well, I spoke too soon they have issued an RFE for me on 4/26.
