Hi, I applied to J2 status on April and I got it on July. can I withdraw my application I-539 and cancel it, because my I-130 petition was approved and I not eligible to adjust of status, what I must can do ?

Once your J visa approved, you can not simply withdraw it and all requirement related to the J status apply according to your category
