my status
I just had my interview today at uscis's new Holtsville location. My case was over marriage, we waited like an hour, then we were greeted by a very kind officer who asked us the basic questions like how we met, questions were mostly asked to the petitioner tho. Despite all the documents we brought, only mutual credit card statement was checked. There were no stamps on my passport, but officer took my departure record I-94 and told us he approved it and he wished us good luck. He also gave me a paper explaining the further processing for removal of the conditional status. It is a very nice and new building, most of the staff was nice and helpfull, i filed around june 20 and got my permanent resident status approved today. good luck to all guys, i hope the information was helpfull
does anyone know why they didnt stamp the passport ? and my online case status didnt change either ? i guess it is the way they work but any info on that will be very appreciated,
