It's been 120 days..No sign of EAD...Please Advise

I applied for my I-485 and EAD in August(ND 08/10/2003).

However i got an RFE for my I-140(ND 10/23/2002) at the end of september and i got the I-140 approved on 11/16/2003.

Should i worry abt my EAD, since it's been close to 120 days, because i see folks around getting their EAD approval much faster..I called the VSC and raised an inquiry. They say it will take 3-4 weeks to give a response....
 
Wow did you call VSC? or NSC?
Try interim EAD in the nearest district office or sub office..
 
Actually my concern is not abt interim EAD. I have a valid H1 until June 2005. My only concern is iam planning to goto India sometime in Feb for a month and i don't know what's the date i would get for my fingerprint....
 
If get fingerprinting date while you are out of US you or your lawyer can request next date for fingerprinting
