It seems three years TN renewal is effective now?

Very interesting find. But nearly all other web sites still stipulate the 1 year rule.
I don't understand why Mexican citizens would be allowed the 3 year renewal before Canadian citizens. Wouldn't it apply to everyone at the same time?
Has anyone heard anything recently about this move to the 3 year period?
 
You are dealing with 3 branches of the Administration, so be careful. for cdns, CBP and USCIS have to be in accord, as the State dept does not get involved with Cdn TNs.

You need info that says CBP is admitting TNs for 3 years.

Cdns don't gert visas, and this info merely adresses the visa issue, not the issuance of I-94, which is the only thing that matters for Cdns.
