Hello immigration.com community,
I need you guys to point me in the right direction because all the ignorance of immigration officers is driving me nuts
On September 4th, 2012 I have completed the Naturalization Interview, passed the test but still got a "A decision can not yet be made" thingy checked on my receipt.
Since then (over 120 days now), I have not heard back from USCIS. When I call or visit them in person they keep telling me that my case is still pending and may be pending for another 20 years (that was very rude to say smth like this) and there is nothing can be done but wait.
Should I go ahead and request a hearing before the U.S. district court?
Any suggestions/recommendations are appreciated.
Cheers,
Alex.
