Hi.
I am a chemical engineering graduate from India and have recently completed my master's in Environmental Engineering here in America.
I have no experience in IT. In case my H-1B is sponsored by an IT consulting company, is there a risk of it being rejected by the US CIS on the grounds that I am not an IT graduate. In that case, will it harm my chances of obtaining a H-1 B in future again by applying through for a job that is related to my field?
