See I told you you will get it. Congratulations to you your two sons and hubby.Can you tell us all at what time did you get the emails. Might be helpful data.
 
Time I got approval emails

It was 11:45 pm (11/29) in central time. BadaBhai's guess is correct. He expected soemthing good could be happened at mid-night. The emails say that INS mailed the apporval notice on 11/29. In fact, LUD was updated again in this morning (11/30), saying approval. Thanks all of you. I,m getting many cool inform and experience through this site. Hoping you will get there soon.

There is no approval for me. My message has not changed & I did not received any emails too.

guys,

good news on my case. Today morning i saw couple of e-mail from INS.
140 / 485 approved !!!

mine was a critical situation as i got Intent to deny on my 140

but thanks to my lawer and HR who sent all the documents.

and thanks a lot to all you guys specially unitednations. I wish and pray for all who are waiting. just remember that GOD will always be with us and we all will get GC !!!!

MY case should have been approved long back but due to 2 REF on my 140 it got delayed. after sending all document on Internt to deny notice the case approved in less than 10 days,

I too got approved. Only my online status did not changed. I received approval notice in mail.

Gosh. Good to hear that the ones I predicted got approved. So here is also more ammendments(But can be wrong so dont rely on me)
1. If I-140 is approved already and LUD for 485 changes twice,also finger printing done in 2004, means approval of 485 (like lgkang)
2. If Concurrent I-140/485, and LUD changes twice just for 140 with no LUD change in 485 means RFE (Like my case) or Intend to deny(I saw some cases) for I-140
3. If Concurrent I-140/485, and LUD changes twice for both I-140/485 means either approval (like gc_now) or denail(I saw some cases) for I-140.

i agree. I was under 2 above and got REF on 140. then i saw 3 above and all got approved

How about a case where I-485 is not filed and 2 LUDs on I-140? Apparantely Dasbabu got approval through lawyer. Any other analysis?

What is your theory for a Concurrent I-140/485 and LUD for 485 alone changes.(Assuming that LUD change is not related to any enquiry or FP). Any guess ???

Though it is not good to hear, atleast they have touch ur case & will approve it once response is given to them.

If by 9:00 PM EST you dont get any emails for the second update, means that you have probably been approved.So check the lawyer/ email around 1:00 AM EST

For wish4gc query:-

Means most likely a mass update.

Also the twice rule is because once the case is updated when it is picked up, and second is getting processed

I don't see anyone in the last two weeks of March have any luck... Especially ones with just a 485 LUD update on 10/27. Do you have a theory about how the JIT comes into play at this point? Would it be accurate to say that the JIT is really almost 2 weeks behind? I'm seeing a lot of approvals for people with a 140 RD in the first week of March, which is roughly two weeks earlier than the JIT (3/22).

Good Point. I have seen that also happen. Also please note that if the LUD changed the first time with no news, means that the new JIT will show a date beyond your RD.

Also don't worry abt lud lasun. It may change or not change. It is all random.

LUD 11/29 and 11/30

I haven't got the email. Hope to hear from lawyer. Not sure when lawyer will be notified?

After the 11/29 LUD change I inquired with my company lawyer and they told me they had received a fax response on the same date with a one liner something like this: "An officer is currently working on this case." Anyone has ANY idea what the above message means.

Mine is a LC-Sub case and USCIS were tracking the original LC from a previously filed 140. I am just hoping that they have "finally" found the original and looking at it right now. There has been no LUD updates after that.

i called the emergency number (949-389-3007) and tried to inquire about my 140 app and they refused to divulge any info of any kind. But for 485 they were more forthcoming and did tell that my case was assigned to an officer on 1st dec. i did get an lud change on my wife's 485 app on dec 1st but not on mine or on 140 app. I asked if my 485 was also assigned to an officer and they said yes and on the same date. i will update the forum if i have more information.
