I'm USC, I sent the application 1-130 where I put my mother's as "single" mom. My mother married my father in a local way with out marriage certificate from the religion group or government and there is no proof marriage. In the same time, I have my brothers who have our father's name on their birth certificate. My question is, can my brothers' qualify as unmarried sons if my mother sponsor them when she get her GC?
