Is the TN stamp method the best way to come to US?

Hi, my girlfriend is a canadian citizen who wishes to live in the US for roughly a year to work. Is the TN work visa the best and easiest way for her to accomplish this? Thank you.
 
Yes. She does not require a visa stamp, but would get her status at the border. She needs to either possess a degree or experience in one of the specified TN categories, and she needs to find the job before moving down.

What are some of the specified TN job categories?
 
There are websites that list the categories (grasmick.com for example). It is pointless to list any here; her current education and experience will dictate her possible carreer path. since you did not start out this thread with "my girlfriend is a ..., does she qualify for TN", I'm assuming she doesn't.

Typically, one is already educated or experienced in a professional field before investigating TN. If not, then may i suggest that marrying her would be a quicker and simpler alternative for her than spending the next 2-5 years gaining the required education to get TN.
