Is Second AC21 Risky?

Hello -

In view of the retrogression I want get advice on the following:-

a)Is is possible for me to apply for another AC21, my I-485 is pending for more than six months after I-140 approval.
However I am concerned that they do not send any acknowledgement for AC21 I sent the first time
infact I recieved a NOID, as they did not apply my AC21 to my I-485 case. I had to reopen my I-485 case and got stuck
in retrogression.

b)If I become a full time student and have a pending I-485 will I become ineligible for EAD/parole extensions?
Will my I-485 be denied?

If the case is reopened, that's your acknowledgement.

You are eligible for an EAD and AP so long as your I-485 is pending.

Will my I-485 be denied?

If you don't have a job offer waiting for you, of course.
