Hello, i live in saudi arabia currectly not Muslim but i fake begin one to stay alive i pretty much gave hope for living here there is no possible way to stay they even kill us for protesting torture us even its not just with religion even if you protested for democracy or such its over for you they just chop your head and ask for the next guy in line. please guys just tell me if i saved money bought a ticket and went there will i get the help i need or not
Is my situation valid for getting my asylum rights?

The fact that a person meets the requirements for being granted an asylum does not make it your 'right' in the US. Being granted an asylum is a privilege which has nothing to do with charity either - whatever you mean by 'charity'

Dear all this my first post in the forums and I hope it won't be my last. To be honest the main reason that pushed me enough to sign up was this post, my friend Maxi here seems like having no idea what asylum is and the fact he is lying about getting killed because his religion or believes is not true at all. I am sorry if I offended him or any body else, but lying is the most hated this on my to get rid off list. Finally, I am a Muslim from ........... and I lived in Saudi Arabia for about 13 years and nothing you have said is true or even exist. Finally, if you want to apply for asylum make sure to read about it and understand it well first before starting making any accusation. To sum up, to be fair the only thing that I would've agreed about which you didn't include but here it's. The Islamic religion prohibit the Muslims from turning their backs and seeking darkness after seeing it's light meaning " Muslims can not leave Islam to become non-Muslim or becoming atheist they asks you to go back and if you refused then you get punished by the Islamic law " however this is not the case here and I am sure you were asking about Asylum so if you were claiming asylum based on these accusation you got to prove that.

look i dont really want to start thy-logic debate about religions in here all i asked were is my cause valid or not and yes they do kill us in saudi arabia maybe u can take a look on the laws there before accusing me of lying.
the only thing keep Muslims who left islam alive there is the people there dont often report and start debating and alienate us in the end but the law is law and its with the Muslims side only in there
Dear Maxi I did not say you're lying I said since you were not a Muslim all along then no harm is coming to you because the killing part you're talking about is for Muslims how left Islam. Me neither I am just trying to help you out here I don't care what you believe in where in the 23rd century everyone is free to do as he/she wish. As I said earlier if you want to apply for asylum based on not being a Muslim and living in a Islamic country you have to prove what have been change in your situation and put your live in danger. By the way if you still live in there that makes your case weak in my opinion.
dude i left Islam im originally Saudi with Muslim and saudi parents the sentence is execution.

I understand I am a Muslim too remember xD I know what you're going through however, in my opinion you need to re-think the situation to understand where I am coming from.
As you know there is also she3a lives in Saudi Arabia and lots of non-Muslim people from places like India, Iran, Pakistan, etc. If these people are not Muslims and they lives there peacefully why wouldn't you what would makes you targeted this what you have to prove; however, you can fill an i-589 everyone fall in at least one of these categories can.

Considering this how long have you been living there ? when did you decide to leave the religion and why? what's your parent believes ? Did you try to seek asylum in another country? if not why did you chose the US?

nah they just leave them because politics and relations well u cant really live peacefully in saudi arabia unless you are a muslim, a tourist might be protected by thier home country but not us we cant live here its just as i said i can fake it untill i leave with my own money i live there all my life, i left it because brain, my parents are muslims, i wanted to move to UK or US since English and Arabic the langauges i speak

im not applying while im saudi arabia im not that stupid
and it wont be just about religion i have political view issues aswell last guy protested got imprisoned and probably questioned and tortured in there
i understand there more needy people than me so ill just leave this asylum thing alone
