Is my situation valid for getting my asylum rights?

im not making stuff up man just go ahead and google it and since we are monarchy system u cant say its not possible the king rules and we are his subjects if he dont like something he change it perhaps world politics limited monarchy power in nowadays but its still as its in the dark ages and will stay that way until its changed which probably wont be for the next 20 years or so

I lived there 13 years I know how is it going over there yes a prince can do as he pleases. This thing is I only have a problem in your way telling these stories for example, if you said we (Saudi people) have no voice or rights .... etc I would surly have agreed with you, but saying a girl got raped and punished it's just cant be.

lol look i really want you to live in the fantasy world you living in but reality is reality im not sure about posting links here but just google 200 lashs rape girl saudia arabia and while you at it google banning chess because its waste of time.
i really dont hate them for doing those stuff as they see it justified and reasonable in their world this why i respect it and i will respectfully leave the country.

I just so that hahahh see this line ( While in a car with a student friend, retrieving a picture, two men got into the vehicle and drove them to a secluded area. She said she was raped there by seven men, three of whom also attacked her friend. ) all what I can say is that if she was getting raped how in the hell did she focused on here friend getting beat up? yep they sentenced here for getting in a car with a guy that is not her husband nor brother in the first place which also against the Islamic religion due to which led to the rape. However, what this has to do with your case? from here pictures the lady is not your relative right?

im just showing you how unjust the way is there no one knows the back story maybe they were her friend friends but im sure if she meant to enjoy the rape it will show by a hospital also purses caused by beating not that hard to figure it anyway ignoring all that lashing someone by a whip is enough for me no matter what she did imprison her polite her dont kill or tourture her but hell what do i know im just the other infidel who needs to get cutted
 
lol, don't say that bro live is really simple if you do what you love they way you love it. emotionally I feel for her but neither I or you can do something about it, but this wouldn't help in your case because asylum is not for people whom hate their countries or whom in charge of it nor for people whom doesn't live the living in it because of this or that which always will come back with this question did you try to leave to another country? For example, I live in the US and if I said I want asylum based on believes I would have to prove why can't I go back and what would happen if I did.

i read the basic requirements about it i remember something about fear of future persecution so imagine the fear that u talk with someone and u slip your tongue and said something very wrong about his belief and that guy happen to be zealot extremest Muslim which is 75% of the country are its my word against him he cant report me but now he suspect it so he bring a recorder next time i mean how can you even live a life where u fear of what u may say is it even worth it, suicide is far more less trouble if u thought about it
 
You still young and have a happy live ahead of you don't wasted by any negative thinking be thankful and know no matter how bad you feel some people are far worse if you don't like it there just leave to any other country try the live in there and leave if you felt the same but suicide wouldn't grant you asylum be reasonable and be the judge of your-life. I know some Saudi kids who came to study in the US live is amazing over her it's indescribable take a leap of faith come and try it you might like it or go to another place you like to clear your head yo.

Make an appointment with the us embassy near you and get a visitor visa it's so simple from there specially for a Saudi citizen or you can go to a traveling agency and get yourself 1-20 from any us college it wont take you like 3 weeks to get it all done I did the same it only toke me a day to get my student visa and in the same day I got out xD it was awesome

One thing I would say. I personally don't find anything to laugh about with a proven case of rape. I also find the idea that a victim of the crime should be punished absolutely abhorrent. Saudi Arabia have a bizarre sense of justice - and made a complete mockery of their own system with this case and the various changes during the course of the case. If you guys want to live in a Western society you will have to understand that the SA system of justice is considered unacceptable in the eyes of most Westerners (with whom you wish to live alongside) and you should be prepared to see that for what it is. I truly hope that SA will soon find a less barbaric way to implement a justice system while respecting their religion (as other Islamic countries have managed to do).
 
At some what I agree with you, to clarify she did not got punished because the rape case and they find it to be here fault that riding with a man rather then a husband or a brother in Islamic religion women can't have friends in a matter of fact if she was married she would've been did a long time ago by the government and in a public execution. I laugh because the case was from 2006 and the guy is from Saudi Arabia while the woman was from Asia which has nothing to do with his case that's all.

She was taken in a car at knife point to a place where she was gang raped for several hours by 7 men who were convicted of the crime (but treated less severely than she was!). She was 19 and naive. That any judicial system thought it was OK to punish her is idiotic, and barbaric.

Again. Laughter about this is inappropriate. This shouldn't need to be explained to you.
 
That's true and as I said I didn't laugh about the rape it's not a joke I just doesn't see the connection between the girl and him seeking asylum. The Islamic religion cares about the women rights to the Islamic people women are far precious then tampering with, but when a women break the honor barrier by meeting men which what led to the rape in the first place no one will look to here anymore I don't thing there is a man in the world would want to marry a women known to be a piece of meat by selling here body to men riding with this and that. We have the highest marriage rating due to the fact that in order for a man to see or touch a women she has to be his wife first. I know this is not the case here it's not the right place I assume to discuss these situations yet here we are. Yes she got rape which is an awful crime, but if you got killed or raped will braking the law no one cares about you getting rape more than the braking the law part and would still go to jail. ( and to be fair yes some Muslims people doesn't follow the Islamic law but that their choice )
