Is my AP approved

My status on AP has changed today . It says

Current Status:

On August 2, 2004, the document we made based on the approval or registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued.

I hope that it means the AP has been approved..

------ your AP is approved if filed by lawyer it will go to him. if filed directly it will come to you in 4-5 days at home address

My case in AP got the same online message after it was approved. Now it happened to my 485 again, at the same time, I got my second FP notice, after I did my FP, this week the online message was changed to FP result was received. I am totally confused.
