Is Multiple H-1B transfer allowed?

I would really appreciate if anyone could answer this question.
I am doing H-1b transfer with company A (regular processing. pending with reciept arrived). If I want to go for company B, can I do another H-1b transfer while there is already one pending. Or do I have to withdraw the one with A? How to handle with this without any negative impact? THanks a lot.
