Is Medical Insurance mandatory for B2 Visa re-entry?

Hi,
My mother has a valid 10-year multiple entry visitor visa. She has come here twice before and has left well before the stipulated time in I-94 (no extensions). Her last visits were sponsored by my brother (GC holder), while I would like to invite her to US (H1- holder) this time. Apart from the invitation letter is there any other documents she needs to present at Port of Entry? Is medical Insurance a mandatory document at POE?

Medical Insurance is nothing to do with entering into US or obtaining a visa.

Can any action be taken Against Consultant?

Hi,
I am from India and One US consultant,in texas has processed my H1B and charged bulk amount , he send me the pdf and not sending the originals
I need advice from you guys... Is there a way out to get my money refunded.
I have all the documentatory evidences.
