Will it be wise for me to swith employeers after coming so far. Actually I don't have to choice, I either switch or will not have any employer atall if I don't find another project soon. But I don't want to screww up my process after coming so far....I have started to see light at the end of the tunnel.

If you switch the employer, you are not the only one. Most of the people who got transferred to local office joined clients or moved to other companies. Don’t think twice do it , make more money ……

It is very safe, accept the offer.

you have to switch dont you

as you said you wont have any job if you dont. Having a job does matter for rfe/interview etc.
one can use ac21 quite easily... what will you say if you dont have any paystubs.
good luck

Have done it.....

Have finally took the decision and have switched jobs using AC21. So I need to inform INS about it? IF o what is the procedure. What happens I donot inform them?

Any updates is greatly appreciated.

You can tell them at your interview. I'm sure they'll want an EVL at that point.

Thanks for the reply RealCanadina. May I ask what is "EVL"

Employment Verification Letter. The same like you filed with the original adjustment. Employer, title, duties, and salary.

Is there a form on the web that I can download or the offer letter would do. The reson I ask is because I did not fill out any such form earlier.....maybe my employer/lawyer did on my behalf.

Your employer did. This isn't a letter from you, it's from your employer. Your offer letter should do the trick - does it clearly mention all the areas I listed, and are the duties "similar" to your LC?

Thanks

Thanks realcanadian! I will have to see my LC and compare it to the offer letter. It should not differ as much as I have always worked on the same project....as a consultant and now as am employee.
Any updates on the processing dates. The national processing shows Atlanta at 880 days and the link for the offices shows that they are processing July 9 cases which is a contradiction.
Did anybody contact Charles Spy lately to see what's going on?

I would trust that one more. I think the latest rumors are that no forward movement until March.

I guess that would be true. I had contacted Charles Spry in the first week of december and was told that they were processing June cases then, no plans of any interview in December 2003 and June cases will take about 2 months or more to process.

SO that would be correct......no July cases atleast till March.
