uscis specifically pettion against uscis regional directors who appears to have no remorse for their actions of intentional delay of adjudication
it may be a good idea to charge uscis with civil ,human and fifth ammendment rights violations in addition to possible other crimes. it makes me sick to think that these people can sleep at night after what they have done and continue to do to us.

friends i am about to discuss transferring my case to mr.khanna who is fighting for justice for all legal immigrants .all other attorneys are just greedy who just want their fees and dont give a damn about the justice system they promised to uphold when they were sworn in by the state bar. all they care is about fees and how many times they can exploit you by continually charging you to rewnew these stupid ap and ead papers
i am equating this case to mohandas gandhi's struggle in south africa against apartheid
equally guilty are the employers who continue to squeeze every drop of blood out of you knowing that the criminals at uscis are supporting them and corporate greed is becoming a mass repression sponsored by uscis and greedy employers,some of whom should not even be given a chance to live for the amount of human suffering they have caused.
i also support a mass movement against lawyers who failed their clients by not advising them to apply for mandamus relief earlier.
maybe if you feel so,consider write the state bar telling them that the lawyer did not protect your interests by advising you correctly that you were entitled to mandamus relief
